Miniature Automotive Surface Mount Crystal (AEC-Q200)

Encased within a 5.0x3.2mm industry standard package, the GRX-530 comes with AEC-Q200 as standard as part of our dedicated automotive GRX range. Available in frequencies from 9.80-40.0MHz, seam sealing of the miniature ceramic package with metal lid increases ensures the GRX-530 offers excellent long-term stability, ideal for applications such as vehicle telematics, remote keyless entry, camera and audio applications.

RV-3049-C2

RTC SPI Bus

Due to technology improvements the RV-3049-C2, SPI bus RTC is no longer recommended for new designs but is suitable as a drop in replacement for existing designs within a 5.0 x 3.2mm footprint and which require SPI bus and frequency stability over extended temperature ranges as wide as -40 to +125ºC. For new designs that require temperature compensation over extended temperature ranges please consider the smaller and more competitive RV-3149-C3. This product was previously named RV3049C2.

RV-8564-C2

Due to technology improvements the RV-8564-C2 is no longer recommended for new designs but is suitable as a drop in replacement for existing designs within a 5.0 x 3.2mm footprint which require I²C bus 2-wire serial interface and current consumption of up to 250nA. For new designs that require low power consumption please consider the smaller and more competitive RV-1805-C3 or RV-4162-C7 for designs where highly competitive pricing is paramount.
