Product Description

A unique internal divider design allows the HCD181 to provide CMOS output at low frequencies with good phase noise specifications and tight temperature stability.

Although no longer recommended for new designs unless a low frequency is required, the HCD181 does provide separate 12.0V oven and oscillator voltage supplies.

If your design calls for higher frequencies please consider the HCD300 series.
