Product Description

Featuring CMOS/TTL output, the HCD381 oven controlled oscillator is available up to very high frequency of 100MHz with ultra-low phase noise.

The internal oscillator within the HCD381 has been specifically designed not to include multiplication, ensuring ultra-low phase noise performance down to -160dBc/Hz @10kHz, even at very high frequencies. 

This OCXO also features excellent temperature stability, good frequency adjustment (covering 10 years ageing minimum), and offers a choice of supply voltages and operating temperature ranges.
