Product Description

The GXO-U108L offers study stability over an exceptionally wide available frequency range, starting at a very low 12.0kHz and extending to a top end frequency of 170MHz. An industry standard for several years, the robust 7x5mm surface mount package is a reliable drop in replacement for many existing designs. With 3.3V supply voltage, built in enable/disable tristate functions and power saving mode to ensure low supply current requirement (as low as 12mA max. and 10uA stand-by current), this component can also be useful for low-power requirement new designs.

Available in a choice of commercial or industrial operating temperature ranges the GXO-U108L is a versatile component offering a range of frequency stabilities at low supply current, within an industry standard package.
