The GVXO-38P is supplied on tape and reel. 1k pcs per reel is the standard T&R pack size for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

The GVXO-38P voltage controlled oscillator operates with a +5.0V positive supply, and uses a high reference frequency to produce ultra-high frequency complementary PECL outputs. Available at frequencies of 600 ~ 700MHz, the integral high frequency reference keeps jitter to a minimum.

The GVXO-38P also features excellent frequency stability and pullability options, and voltage control that produces better than 10% linearity over the range +2.5V ±2.0V.
