The GVXO-38N is supplied on tape and reel. 1k pcs per reel is the standard T&R pack size for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

The GVXO-38N provides complementary ECL output at ultra high frequencies from 600 ~ 700MHz. Thanks to an internal high frequency reference, this VCXO is able to provide UHF output with minimal jitter. 

This VCXO features negative supply voltage of -5V with voltage control producing better than 10% linearity and negative slope.

The GVXO-38N voltage controlled oscillator also features fast start up time of 10ms maximum, and commercial operating temperature range of -10 to +70°C.
