Product Description

The SCOCXOLW 3.3V oven controlled oscillator features fast warm up, taking just 30 seconds to reach ±0.1ppm @ 25°C, and low power consumption of just 80mA @ 25°C.

The SCOCXOLW has CMOS output and is available with a range of frequency adjustment options including voltage control via pin 1. This OCXO is available with a wide operating temperature range of -55 to +85°C and has good close-in phase noise performance of -130dBc/Hz @ 100Hz (typical @10.0MHz).
