Product Description

The SCOCXOHW is ideal for complex projects requiring the combination of high frequency, low phase noise, high shock and vibration resistance, and CMOS output.

Featuring superb phase noise performance, and available in fundamental mode up to 120MHz, the SCOCXOHW features 100MHz phase noise floor of -155dBc/Hz @ 100kHz, and is available with 5,000G shock resistance specifications, making it perfect for use in extreme applications such as military, defence and aviation.

Featuring a choice of 14-pin DIL or surface mount package, the SCOCXOHW oven controlled oscillator is available with supply voltage 3.3V.
