Product Description

Available in fundamental mode at high frequencies of up to 120MHz, the SCOCXOHSW features 100MHz phase noise floor of -155dBc/Hz @ 100kHz, and is available with 5,000G shock resistance specifications, making it ideal for complex projects in extreme applications such as military, defence and aviation.

The SCOCXOHSW features sine output with a choice of 14-pin DIL or surface mount package, and is available with supply voltage 3.3V.
