Product Description

The fully ceramic, ultra-miniature package of the OV0100C8 makes it ideal for material and size-sensitive designs.

This 100kHz oscillator is operable from 1.6~5.5V, and features ultra-low current consumption of just 0.55μA typical, with optional AEC-Q200 qualification.

Encased within an ultra-miniature 2.0 x 1.2 x 0.85mm package, the OV0100C8 also has excellent shock and vibration resistance, making it suitable for use under high shock and vibration conditions. The ageing characteristics of this oscillator are also very low, just ±3ppm first year maximum at 25°C, making it suitable for long-life equipment designs.
