The OV0100C7 is supplied on tape and reel. 1k or 3k pcs per reel are the standard T&R pack sizes for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

The fully ceramic, miniature package of the OV0100C7 makes it ideal for material sensitive designs.

Encased within an ultra-miniature 3.2 x 1.5 x 1.0mm package, the OV0100C7 also has excellent shock and vibration resistance, making it suitable for use under high shock and vibration conditions. The ageing characteristics of this oscillator are also very low, just ±3ppm first year maximum at 25°C, making it suitable for long-life equipment designs.

This 100kHz oscillator is operable from 1.2~5.5V, and features low current consumption of just 0.65μA typical, available with optional AEC-Q200 qualification.
