Product Description

The OM7605C9 is an ultra-miniature 32.768kHz oscillator with 1.6 x 1.0 x 0.6mm package and is operable from 1.6~5.5V.

Featuring tight calibration tolerance of ±20ppm with other values available on request, the OM7605C9 also features ultra-low current consumption of 0.45μA typical, and has optional AEC-Q200 qualification.

This oscillator also has low ageing characteristics of just ±3ppm first year maximum at 25°C, and is available with either -40 to +85°C operating temperature range or extended operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C, and with good shock and vibration resistance characteristics.
