The MCSO6EV is available supplied either on tape and reel or packaged within trays. T&R standard pack size is 250~1000pcs and standard tray size is 208pcs per tray. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), partial trays, or in bulk.

Product Description

Designed especially for extreme environments, the MCSO6EV miniature 3.3V oscillator is available over wide frequency range of 10.0kHz ~ 60.0MHz with superb shock and vibration resistance and optional -55 to +210°C extreme operating temperature range.

The MCSO6EV miniature CMOS oscillator also features fast start up time of 5ms, and low ageing characteristics under extreme conditions.

The ultra-miniature fully ceramic package 3.5 x 2.2 x 1.2mm package of this oscillator features a choice of pad termination materials, ensuring this component can meet your needs even if your application or manufacturing process is material sensitive.
