Product Description

The HCD660 OCXO provides sine wave output with exceptionally tight temperature stability, including options as good as ±1ppb. This oven controlled oscillator also features good close-in phase noise specifications, for example -150dBc/Hz @ 10Hz when operating at 5.0MHz, and excellent aging specifications, with options as good as <2 x 10-10 per day available. The small, standard European pin out, package provides excellent protection for this high performance OCXO which is available at frequencies from 5.0MHz to 20.0MHz and with optional supply voltage.
