The GXO-U115L is supplied on tape and reel. 2k pcs per reel is the standard T&R pack size for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

The GXO-U115L 3.3V oscillator features extremely low current consumption of only 10uA thanks to its power-saving stand-by mode. This oscillator also provides excellent frequency stability options and 15pF CMOS driving ability.

The GXO-U115L also features miniature 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.05mm ceramic package with metal lid, and is available with optional -40 to +85°C operating temperature range.
