Product Description

Available at frequencies from 1.8 ~ 50.0MHz, the GXO-U113S 5.0V surface mount oscillator features low supply current of just 25mA (frequency dependent) in a small 6.0 x 3.5 x 1.2mm ceramic package with metal lid.

The GXO-U113S is optionally available with -40 to +85°C operating temperature range , has very good frequency stability options, and comes with enable/disable tristate functionality as standard.
