The GXO-E51L is supplied on tape and reel. 2k pcs per reel is the standard T&R pack size for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

Designed for high speed data transfer, the miniature 3.3V GXO-E51L features a multiplier-free design for excellent phase jitter performance of just 0.3ps typical, and produces complentary LV-PECL output.

This 5.0 x 3.2mm oscillator is available up to 60.0MHz in fundamental mode, or from 60.0 ~ 160MHz with 3rd overtone. Frequencies from 160 ~ 250MHz are achieved using inverted mesa technology, ensuring optimal jitter performance is maintained at very high frequencies.

The GXO-E51L comes with enable/disable tristate functionality as standard, and has low current consumption.
