Product Description

The GVXO-E76L voltage controlled oscillator with wide pullability is available at ultra high frequencies of up to 1GHz and features complementary LV-PECL output and good frequency stability in a miniature SM package.

This 3.3V VCXO is available at frequencies from 10.0MHz up to 1GHz and features excellent frequency pullability of ±130ppm (1.65V ± 1.50V with 10% linearity) as standard. Frequency stability options as good as ±25ppm are available and this component also has low current consumption values of 60mA max.

The GVXO-E76L VCXO also features miniature 7.0 x 5.0mm SM ceramic package making it an ideal SM ultra high frequency option where wide pullability is required.
