The GVXO-54 is supplied on tape and reel. 2k pcs per reel is the standard T&R pack size for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

The GVXO-54 voltage controlled oscillator is available up to very high frequencies of 800MHz and provides complementary LV-PECL outputs, requiring 3.3V supply voltage. 

This VCXO is available with a range of frequency stabilities and also features very fast rise/fall time of 1.0ns for frequencies below 100MHz, and only 0.5ns for frequencies above 100MHz.

The GVXO-54 has minimum frequency pullability of ±150ppm, with other options available on request, and good performance voltage control which produces better than 10% linearity over the voltage range +1.65 ±1.5V.
