Product Description

The GVXO-338K voltage controlled oscillator is available from frequencies as low as 1.250MHz and up to 100MHz, with supply voltage of 2.8V. The GVXO-338K also features standard 15pF CMOS driving ability in an ultra-miniature 3.2 x 2.5 x 1.15mm surface mount package.

This ultra-miniature SM VCXO has an ultra-low supply current requirement of only 9mA and a wide voltage control range of 1.4V ±1.35V with 10% linearity.
