The GTXO-C25L is supplied on tape and reel. 1k or 3k pcs per reel are the standard T&R pack sizes for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

The ultra-miniature GTXO-C25L offers excellent phase noise and jitter performance in a tiny 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.95mm ceramic package with metal lid and gold plated pads. This TCXO requires 3.3V supply voltage.

The GTXO-C25L temperature compensated oscillator also features tight stability options including ±2.5ppm, and low ageing level of just ±1.0ppm first year maximum.

This TCXO comes with enable/disable functionality as standard.
