The GTXO-91V is supplied on tape and reel. 1k or 3k pcs per reel are the standard T&R pack sizes for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

The GTXO-91V temperature compensated oscillator is available with a wide range of supply voltages and offers excellent frequency stability with options as tight as ±0.5ppm, in addition to ±8ppm frequency adjustment via voltage control.

This TCXO also has extremely low phase noise characteristics of -153dBc/Hz @ 100kHz, clipped sine output, and very fast start up time of 2.5ms maximum, making it ideal for wireless applications.
