The GTXO-251V is supplied on tape and reel. 1k or 3k pcs per reel are the standard T&R pack sizes for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

Specifically created for AIS applications, the GTXO-251V with wide frequency pullability of ±15ppm is also suitable for a range of other applications including GPS. The GTXO-251V features frequency stability as tight as ±0.5ppm, fast start up time of 3ms maximum, voltage controlled frequency adjustment, and a miniature 2.5 x 2.0mm package.

The GTXO-251V is operable over the 1.8V-3.6V range, and requires low supply current of 1.5~2.0mA.

This TCXO also features good phase noise characteristics and superbly low ageing of only ±1.0ppm maximum (first year).
