The GTXO-251T is supplied on tape and reel. 1k or 3k pcs per reel are the standard T&R pack sizes for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

The GTXO-251T with tight frequency stability options of ±0.5ppm is ideal for rail industry applications as it is optionally available with EN50155 compliance.

In addition to tight stability and rail industry qualification, this TCXO features fast start up time of 3ms maximum, operating temperature range as wide as -40 to +85°C and a miniature 2.5 x 2.0mm package.

The GTXO-251T is operable over the 1.8V-3.6V range, and requires low supply current of 1.5~2.0mA.

This TCXO also features good phase noise characteristics and superbly low ageing of only ±1.0ppm maximum (first year).
