Product Description

The GTXO-205V VCTCXO features ultra-miniature 2.0 x 1.6mm seam sealed package and provides excellent frequency stability of ±0.5ppm over a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +105°C.

The GTXO-205V also features fast start up time of 2ms, clipped sine output with 0.8V p-p minimum, and low phase noise characteristics including -135dBc/Hz @ 1kHz. This VCTCXO is operable from 1.8V ~ 3.3V and has frequency pullability of ±8ppm min +1.5V±1.0V / +0.9V±0.9V as standard.
