The GTXO-205T is supplied on tape and reel. 1k or 3k pcs per reel are the standard T&R pack sizes for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

Ideal for projects requiring tight frequency stability at high temperatures, the GTXO-205T temperature compensated oscillator is operable over supply voltage range of 1.8 ~ 3.3V and provides clipped sine output with excellent frequency stability of ±0.5ppm over a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +105°C. 

The GTXO-205T TCXO also features ultra-miniature seam sealed 2.0 x 1.6 x 0.8mm package, fast start up time of 2ms, and low phase characteristics including -135dBc/Hz @ 1kHz.
