Product Description

GTXO-203V temperature compensated oscillator features frequency adjustment, and an ultra-miniature 2016 package with maximum height of 0.8mm.

This VCTCXO also offers a range of tight frequency stability options, including as tight as ±0.5ppm, and is available with a choice of supply voltages, from 1.8-3.6V. the GTXO-203V also has a choice of operating temperature ranges, including as wide as -40 to +85°C, and comes with exellent ageing characteristics of ±1.0ppm maximum first year as standard.
