The GTXO-163T is supplied on tape and reel. 1k or 3k pcs per reel are the standard T&R pack sizes for this product. Partial quantities may be supplied on tape (no reel), or in bulk.

Product Description

The Golledge GTXO-163T temperature compensated oscillator features an ultra-miniature 1612 package with maximum height of 0.7mm.

This TCXO also offers a range of tight frequency stability options including ±0.5ppm, and operates over supply voltages from 1.8-3.6V. This TCXO also has a choice of operating temperature ranges, including as wide as -40 to +85°C and comes with excellent ageing characteristics of ±1.0ppm maximum first year as standard.
