In light of recent advice given by the UK Government regarding the COVID-19 outbreak we are complying with the measures stipulated for businesses in order to ensure employee and customer safety. We have therefore taken all responsible steps and have moved to a remote team policy for all non-essential personnel to ensure we minimize the risk to our team members from this outbreak.
We would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are operating "business as usual" during this period and have all necessary equipment and tools in place to continue delivering our highest quality of service. Both our remote and on-site teams are working diligently to ensure our customers are able to continue running their businesses as usual. Our mitigation statement gives further details of our remote working policy, information for those customers who are helping with the national ventilator effort and how we are able to supply from stock frequency products for ventilators, in addition to some key information about maintenance of product supply during this time for all of our customers.
