Product Description

The SCOCXO oven controlled oscillator with CMOS output features a choice of robust DIL 14 packages and is available with supply voltage 12.0V at frequencies from 10.0kHz ~ 54.0MHz. This OCXO has very fast warm up specifications, taking only 30 seconds to reach within ±0.1ppm of output, and also features ultra-high frequency stability characteristics of only ±2.5ppm maximum over 10 years. In addition to excellent stability the SCOCXO also has good shock resistance of up to 5,000G and vibration resistance of 20G in the 10~2,000Hz range.

This 12V OCXO is available with tight temperature stability options over wide temperature ranges, including as good as ±0.025ppm over extended operating temperature range of -55 to +85°C.
