Product Description

The RV1805C3 uncompensated real time clock features power saving mode for superbly low current consumption of only 17nA, ideal for designs where current consumption is paramount in your timing solution.

The RV1805C3 with I2C bus interface doesn't compromise on small size either, with an ultra-miniature footprint of only 3.7 x 2.5mm this component leaves lots of room for design layout. The RV1805C3 is feature-packed and includes a host of additional functionality, including programmable alarm, timer and interrupt functions, and has power management, trickle charge circuitry, switch functionality and 256 bytes of user RAM built in. The factory calibrated clock also produces timing stability of ±2ppm at 25ºC, equivalent to only 0.17s/day variation.
