Product Description

Featuring extreme operating temperature range of -55 to +250°C, the GHTXOL oscillator is available as a 32.768kHz oscillator solution, or at higher frequencies from 1.5 ~ 30.0MHz. 

This oscillator is ideal for extreme applications including oil and gad downhole instrumentation, rotary shaft sensors, underground boring tools, and avionics. It features exceptionally high temperature resistance, as well as excellent shock resistance of 30,000g, and vibration resistance of up to 20g.

The GHTXOL also has optional enable/disable tristate functionality and very fast rise/fall time of 10ns maximum.
