Product Description

Featuring extreme operating temperature range of -55 to +250°C, the 5.0V GHTXOS oscillator is available aT frequencies from 1.5 ~ 30.0MHz. 

This oscillator is ideal for extreme applications including oil and gad downhole instrumentation, rotary shaft sensors, underground boring tools, and avionics. It features exceptionally high temperature resistance, as well as excellent shock resistance of 30,000g, and vibration resistance of up to 20g.

The GHTXOS also has optional enable/disable tristate functionality and very fast rise/fall time of 10ns maximum.
