Product Description

Featuring sinewave output and 3.3V supply voltage, the SCOCXOWS oven controlled oscillator also features very fast warm up time and ultra tight frequency stability of ±2.5ppm maximum over 10 years.

In addition to good shock and vibration tolerance this oven controlled oscillator also provides very tight temperature stability of ±0.1ppm maximum over -40 to +85°C operating temperature range. Available from 10.0kHz ~ 54.0MHz, and with optional surface mount or 14-pin DIL packages, the SCOCXOWS is ideal for applications requiring tight stability, excellent shock and vibration tolerance and low current consumption.
