Product Description

The low profile HCD371 oven controlled oscillator features low height package of 36.1 x 27.2 x 16.0mm, and produces CMOS/TTL compatible output.

This OCXO features exceptionally tight temperature stability of ±5ppb and low phase noise specifications, with 10.0MHz performance producing phase noise of -155dBc/Hz @ 10kHz, in addition to excellent ageing characteristics, with options of <±2 x 10-10 per day at dispatch.

The HCD371 is available with 12.0V single oven and oscillator supply, with 15.0V or 18.0V also available on request.
