Product Description

The HCD351 OCXO features CMOS/TTL compatible output, and exceptionally tight temperature stability options as tight as ±5ppb.

In addition to extremely tight temperature stability the HCD351 also features very low phase noise specifications, with 10.0MHz performance producing phase noise of -155dBc/Hz @ 10kHz.

The HCD350 also features excellent ageing characteristics, and is available with single 5V oven and oscillator supply at frequencies of 5.0 ~ 20.0MHz.
