Product Description

The HCD350 oven controlled oscillator with sine wave output features exceptionally tight temperature stability of ±5ppb.

In addition to extremely tight temperature stability the HCD350 also features very low phase noise specifications, with 10.0MHz performance producing phase noise of -155dBc/Hz @ 10kHz.

The HCD350 also features excellent ageing characteristics, and is available with single 5V oven and oscillator supply at frequencies of 5.0 ~ 20.0MHz.
