Product Description

Offers tight temperature stability as good as ±50ppb, the HCD311 oven controlled oscillator with CMOS output features low profile 36 x 27 x 15mm package with standard European output.

This OCXO also features low phase noise specifications, with 10.0MHz performance including phase noise of -150dBc/Hz @ 10kHz and is available with single 12V oven and oscillator supply at frequencies of 5.0 ~ 50.0MHz.
