GTXO-14

Offering excellent frequency stability specifications, with a frequency stability of ±4.6ppm over 20 years, and temperature stability options as tight as ±0.28ppm, the GTXO-14 is available up to 100MHz.

Featuring clipped sine output, the GTXO-14 combines the versatility of a large frequency range (available from 6.40MHz through to 100MHz) with excellent phase noise characteristics, including typical close-in phase noise of -90dBc/Hz at 10Hz, falling to -152dBc/Hz at 100kHz (measured at 19.44MHz).

These specifications make the GTXO-14 the perfect temperature compensated oscillator for synthesisers for RF applications needing a low phase floor without compromising the overall cost of the project. The GTXO-14 can also be considered as a potential substitute for an oven controlled oscillator, and would provide both cost savings and power savings when substituted for the, often bulkier, OCXO.


GTXO-C14

The CMOS output version of the GTXO-14, GTXO-C14 comes in the hermetically sealed package common to all of the GTXO-14 family of parts. Hermetic sealing ensures the oscillator circuit remains contaminant-free, and makes for greater ease of handling and implementation.

The GTXO-C14 shares the excellent phase noise and stability features of the GTXO-14, and, with a CMOS output, provides a highly-stable, exceptionally clean signal for driving digital circuits such as microcontrollers.


GTXO-S14

Our latest true sinewave TCXO, the GTXO-S14, available up to 52.0 MHz, offers the engineer an exceptionally clean option when a signal free of harmonics is required. This makes the GTXO-S14 the ideal TCXO for driving frequency multipliers and mixers where harmonic signals are likely to multiply and add noise to the output. The sinewave output signal is designed to drive a 50 ohm load.

All three of these new temperature controlled oscillators offer optional frequency adjustment for locking to GPS or other synchronisation sources.
